All false promises since the beginning of the project. we are a group of 11 investors who invested in this and few of us after 3 years are still struggling to get back their investment amount. No one received any profit. You will have no control on your money after investing in this project. Keep away from this if you want a happy life.
Totally disappointed with the project execution, poor response from project manage on timescales/profits, no audit on the build cost/expenditure. Project manager (Satish Surgu) doesn’t update investors on any accounts and when questioned he doesn’t respond to emails/phone calls. The sad part is none of the investors have received any profits even after waiting for 2 years. Satish has failed to delivery the project on time and mislead investors on the profits.
