Be careful! Despite all the good reviews I had a very bad experience with Adobe. Found a flat, viewed it, put down a holding deposit whilst I got my references and everything together. Got all my references back just fine and they held off on my tenancy agreement. Turns out there was a last minute council inspection where the flat I was going to move into was declared unsuitable.
