This agency was extremely unprofessional and a complete waste of time. Communication was poor from the start—emails and messages were ignored, promises were made and never kept, and there was no accountability whatsoever. They came across as disorganized and careless, and it felt like once they got what they wanted, they stopped putting in any effort.
