We have been using Abode since 2013 as the agents for our property lets. Having now sold a property, they marketed the property for us. Thank you to Jeff, Barb, Ellison and charley and all those that never get mentioned. We have had good service for all this time and praise their diligence both in letting and selling. Abode are still managing properties for us and will be acting as agents when the time next comes.
A big thank you to Abode, especially Kitty, I felt supported throughout my recent purchase. The service was efficient, completely on the ball with everything at all times, friendly and polite, making the whole process stress free. If I ever want to sell I will be using Abode again, I can understand why they have won awards, they deserve it!
Abode have been the letting agents of my late fathers flat for the past 14years, in which time Barb has dealt with any problems in a very friendly and professional manner. When we recently decided to sell the flat, it was Kitty who found us a purchaser and was very helpful in bringing the sale to completion. After a rather cold experience with another company, it was a relief and pleasurable experience to be treated professionally by Kitty when I expressed interest in a rental property managed by Abode. This is one of the Agencies, that because received many enquiries for a property, took details from many, and then, seeing how many requests, put another hundred on top of the price. Not the only one Agency, but very disappointing. Of course, is Landlords making decision all the time right?! I tried ti answer but I couldn't, so I'll do it here.
