Lauren and Sue were very efficient and friendly throughout and communication was brilliant when we put our house on the market. It was pointed out by Lauren that maybe the house photos were a bit dark and she would ask photographer to redo them, this never happened although she said she did ask him. This is for Crosby branch Appalling estate agent, lost a set of my house keys no apology, actively selling another house to a couple viewing mine (caught on Ring Doorbell), then Mike reduces the price of my property without telling me!
