Lauren and Sue have been fantastic from start to finish. Highly recommend their services We had a disappointing service from a different Estate Agent a year ago and ended up taking the house of the market. We decided to try again and use Abode instead. So glad we did.
I had an excellent experience with Abode Formby. Lauren, the manager, and Sue were both friendly and brilliant throughout. Nothing was too much trouble. They sold my property very quickly for over the asking price and were efficient, responsive, and provided a great service from start to finish. Highly recommend, thank you! For anyone looking at reviews, please note that some of the older, lower ratings relate to a different office from several years ago. My experience with the Formby team has been first class.
I used Crosby and formby sales to purchase a property as a first time buyer and my mum used them to sell her home can’t thank them enough for all their help and guidance throughout the process!
Who ever goes out to value these houses needs to go back to the drawing board and learn again, house in L31 costing 3.5 million 🤣
