Pleasant experience when we went to buy a trolley. There was no pressure, the staff were extremely helpful. Thank you both. Enjoyed assembling it with the aid of the instruction booklet
I have never had the need until now to access mobility services. I can honestly say I cannot remember when I last received such amazing customer service both over the phone and then face to face .The staff here were so lovely, helpful & informative not to mention being so patient with me. Special mention to Tom and Leslie thank you so much for you help and kindness. A credit to your company
Friendly and efficient sales staff but when it comes to repairs the company is severely lacking. I phoned the store on Tuesday 15 October regarding a punctured tyre on my mobility scooter. The store is not in charge of its own repairs diary and they need to contact head office to book a repair in. I was told that I’d receive a call to schedule a repair. I finally received a call on the following Monday to be told that my scooter could not be looked at before 31 October. Sol I’d be a full two weeks without the use of my scoot... read more
Been there this morning as I needed a folding mobility scooter the customer service was brilliant Tom let me drive a few scooters around the shop he showed us how to put them up and down and only when I was satisfied after we bought one he helped us dismantle it and put it in the boot of our car Also told us about the 6month after care which we also got So just like to say a big thank you
Took Mum this afternoon to purchase a new wheelchair. It was quite busy when we arrived, but it gave my brother & I time to look at the chairs on display & sit Mum in them for comfort etc. Staff were not pushy in any way which I really liked, but once we had all agreed on the chair plus a new cushion a staff member called Lyn came over to explain the workings of the chair & even adjusted the foot pedals to make it more suitable for Mum.
