Both of my children have been coming to Dr. Spratling since they began seeing the dentist. They are now 17 and 14. We have had a very positive experience over the years, with the staff all being very friendly and patient with the children. I would definitely recommend Pediatric Dental Specialists!
We needed to have the last baby tooth extracted after getting braces. Our appointment was at 1:30 and we were out of there by 2:30. Dr. Spratling came in to start the process, gave time to allow numbing meds to work and was right back in to remove the tooth. It was quick and easy. The doctors and nurses always make a point to use language that explains what they are doing without causing fear in their patients. My experience was excellent. I was in and out as usually. No complains. Great visit and the staff also was nice and friendly.
Addyson is eight years old and has been going there since she was three or four, she has never been afraid and wants us to wait in the waiting room, thank all of you for making it fun when she comes for her check ups and what ever she has done. It is such a good feeling to know she is not afraid and wants to take care of her teeth.
I love this dental office. The staff is always nice, patient and courteous and keeps us well informed. And, as a bonus the wait time is awesome!
We have had nothing but great care at this office. The people at the front desk, the hygienist, and the dentist are all very friendly and knowledgeable, and very gentle with my 3 year old. She loves going to the dentist! What kid gets excited about going to the dentist? I definitely recommended them to anyone in need of a dentist for their little ones.
I have never had an issue with Pediatric Dental Specialists. Found them when I had my first child and 10 years later there was no question where my daughter would go. She was a very feisty patient and never once did the staff seem bothered or lose patience with her. Came up with great ideas to keep her calm and occupied. Now she absolutely loves the dentist!
The doctors and staff here are so kind, patient and caring! My kids have been going here since they were little and they are now 13 and 18. They don't want to go anywhere else. The atmosphere is always clean and professional yet engaging with the way children's minds wander and think.All of the staff are excellent at communicating with young people. They make my kids feel special.
