Dr. Brantley and staff are always friendly, professional and patient with our special needs child.They go above dental care by engaging with us on a personal level. I can't imagine going anywhere else for dental care. The appointment reminders are a great help. Let's face it, life is so busy and stressful, this appointment is neither for us.
Everyone we came in contact with was great; from the check in experience to the dental procedure. I love how the hygienist and dentist explained everything to my child and made her at ease with the whole procedure.
As always Dr. Spratling and his staff were AMAZING! My son always feels so at home with their office and he loves Dr. Spratling! Keep up the wonderful work and I will continue to recommend ya'll to all of my friends and family! <3
Everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Dr spratling is the absolute best! He’s so good with both my kids.
My kids have been patients for years. We were late today which is unusual for us but they were able to fit us in. They had a full waiting room and still made it possible for both kids to be seen. I couldn't have asked for a better hygienist. She was fabulous with my not-so-excited-about-the-dentist children. She was absolutely terrific. She was patient, kind, playful and cheery. She is perfect for children. She did her very best to keep my kids calm and get her job done. She didn't let my childrens negative attitudes bring her down at all; instead she brought their moods up. We have been seeing Dr Spratling for several years and always have a wonderful experience each time! The staff is kind and respectful and works hard to fit my kids into the schedule if one of them need an emergency visit. Dr Spratling is very patient, kind and explains exactly what is going on each visit. My kids actually LIKE going to the dentist!!
