Able Estates managed my property for many years, efficiently and helpfully. When it came time to sell, their sales team did all that could be asked, and the liaison between them and the property management team helped the whole transaction proceed as smoothly as possible. I would thoroughly recommend their services.
Warning: avoid this company I had a really dreadful experience. They accepted an offer for my house without my knowledge or permission, after I had told them in writing, on the phone and in person that I did not accept it. I told them that I would accept a certain offer if there was no other interest in two weeks. Two weeks later, I had two new viewings arranged, so I told Ian Palmer on the phone that I didn't accept the offer. We had previously used Able estates to sell our late mothers house and they were excellent, so when we came to sell our own house we once again asked them to handle the sale. They were fantastic from start to finish. Maria constantly chased up solicitors and kept us informed all the time throughout the sale process. The whole team are really friendly and thoroughly professional. I highly recommend them.
