Absolutely fantastic service. All the staff here are patient, care about you needs as a seller and do not push. We were listed on and off for years (our fault not theirs) and they found buyers very rapidly. They were incredibly patient with us throughout the whole process, even when we were holding up the process due to various reasons. A massive thank you to the team at Abbey Wood Able Estates.

Warning: avoid this dreadful bunch I had a really horrific experience. They actually accepted an offer for my house without my knowledge or permission, after I had told them in writing, on the phone and in person that I did not accept it. Then they took the house off the market because a survey was asked for without informing me. I only found out because someone noticed that it was no longer on the Internet.
