I would like to put on the record that I think the service that my brother in law has had with his disability scooter from Ability Cardiff has been exceptional. Several times he has had to have service visits and call outs and each time Steven has attended and always gone above and beyond in explaining to Alan, who has learning disabilities, the reasons for the problems and what can be done to rectify the issue.
