Staff are rude and unhelpful, they don't care about tenants only profit. They don't care about the disabilities their tenants have and accommodating them so their tenants have the best outcomes, they don't even have support staff for an entire area and no-one working for them knows their buildings. If you think a landlord tailored to disabilities will be better think again, the local council were far better landlords and actually helped tenants. The care and support is a farce to scheme money out of councils. They are committing fraud. Raise any issues they will deny it. If they can't deny it they'll blame you for it. Social services show little care or oversight. The truth is coming.
