Arguably the most incompetent housing association in Dundee. You have the nerve to still demand full rent as well as rent increases while allowing those working "full rent payers" to endure filthy conditions caused by "anti-social ignorant tenants" — litter, bulk waste within bin recesses , dog fouling in communal areas!, filthy stairways and other unacceptable issues! that you've been told about time and time again. Terrible customer service. We have had several problems with them throughout the years and sometimes come across more of a clique or gang of friends rather than a housing association that's meant to help the tenants rather than ignore them. Quick enough to get onto tenants if they have a problem, but if a tenant has a problem... Good luck 👌
Guys came up very quickly to sort my gutters. I wasn't home but that wasn't a problem he phoned and was very nice on the phone. They even fixed the tiles that was broken even tho I never reported them. Very pleased with the service. ,
I think Abertay Housing can make issues out of insignificant things I feel that I have been singled out on one situation this is unacceptable to myself all because of a sun lounger in the paved drying area but other blocks in my area have old furniture and household appliances even one has a motor scooter in there back area I didn't know that a sun lounger was such a hazard item at least it does not need fuel before you can sit on it
The housing association is only interested in getting the rent paid for there property anything to do with the tenants they are really bad if I new this place was so bad would have NEVER accepted a property from them
