This place providing very poor service for quite long time Every time you ask for ANYTHING, always hard to get what you wants, or better, what you need I'm the guy who need ONCE A YEAR annual review for my blood pressure tablets No chance Thousand of pounds paying every year gor NHS service and you CAN'T get 1 single appointment Is 2025 February, and I try to get appointment since beginning of December last year Still nothing Extremely poor service provider It's time to change Surgery I think Terrible
Upon moving to this surgery, they decided without discussion to lower my sons dairy free formula prescription from 8000g a month to 1200g then after arguments we eventually got it up to 5000g. And after obviously running out part way through the month, they tell my wife to go buy it at £40 a tin as they aren't giving my son anymore formula. They are literally changing prescriptions willy nilly and taking prescription formula away from a baby!
Practice prescription clerk is a waste of time. continually messed up my prescription... practice manager hides when you mention complaint. staff have lots of staff bonding outings, They should try bonding with the patients... Appointments expect a long wait then get cut off. This surgery make an appointment extremely difficult for a patient, Are they trying to destroy the NHS?
The only reason for 2 stars is for dr Evan’s who is an absolute credit to this doctors & is helpful and non judgemental. Ringing this doctors actually gives me anxiety, hurdle one is trying to actually get past the automated phone lines to be put into a queue to speak to a receptionist Then, when you finally get put through, you then have to almost persuade a receptionist that you are worthy of seeing or speaking to a doctor During this conversation be prepared to be cut off, spoken over, spoken down to & be given advice as ... read more
Every single time I try to get through to the reception, I get to queue position 8/9 & the call ends (even though I don't touch my phone while on hold), I then call back & get put at position 14 or even further down. The phone system need to be sorted, I have tried many times to get through to the doctors & every time I have no luck
