I was renting a huge container/lock-up unit (big enough to fit the contents of a 3 bed house) Very clean and modern (with bamboo floors which keep things like damp or moisture at bay, not that this airtight container had any issues like that!) Access was a 24/7 code gated entrance, which you would never guess would lead to these units and then you drive up and park right outside your individual unit.
