I asked for support with a prescription from Germany. The lady at the front desk (25.9. 3:20pm) was super friendly and let me fill out a form and 5 min later I got my medicine from another lovely lady. I didn't even have to go to the pharmacy. This is real goodwill and customer service at its finest. A real ray of sunshine in my week, as the last 3 pharmacies I asked were not helpful and even disrespectful. I was holidaying in the Aberfoyle area. Unfortunately, being a bit of an idiot I did not bring enough of my prescribed pain meds. I contacted the health centre and they were extremely helpful. They contacted my regular G.P. and provided a prescription and dispensed at the health centre. Very pleasant lady dealt with my problem. Top marks!!
