Had a horrible experience a couple of years ago and I am still paying the consequences from it. Not transparent with prices, I requested an invoice with the breakdown of my payment several times and the printer was always broken and there was always a promise that it would be sent by email (which did not happen). Medieval experience, avoid if you need a root canal or something more than a routine checkup.
I never post reviews but this practice is horrendous and it is obvious the staff are posting positive reviews. I paid private for crowns and going to this practice is a huge regret. 3 months in between appointments because they forgot to follow up (conveniently after I had already paid.) the crowns are ill fitting, I didn’t get any choice of colour, the dentist was clumsy and rough handed, and he makes excuses for every mistake he makes.
