Very shocked by todays events…i want to start off by saying that Hayley and Bobby are incredibly helpful however, as usual, i get promised a phonecall back but rarely never do. I was locked outside my flat as the lock had split, i called 2 different numbers, which one i got a reply and that someone would call me back. I rented from this company for 1 year paying my rent on time then one day I get a 7 day eviction taped to my front door. Very sneaky Snakey company who is looking out for other tenants who are breaking the rules by living 2 people to a 1 person unit. I will be moving in to my car until I can find another house which is the situation I was in before moving in there. So I paid them £10k to be in the same situation 1 year on. I wish I could rate them 0
bad!!
