Poor service, STAY AWAY, I miss a day of work and was left waiting for five hours just to find out (after I came in touch with them) that the engineer miss my booked appointment because he was providing services to other clients. asked for compensation due loss and inconvenience, however I was told back to ask someone else for compensation because they don't take responsibilities. ( Ltd= Limited = money goes only one way).
These people are absolutely a joke. 5 months to sort out an issue that it's still outstanding. They send engineers when you're not at home without any notice and then blame it on you for not being there. Honestly worst customer service ever. Completely clueless
if i could give these folks zero i would've done so ! made appointment waited 12pm - 5pm the afternoon slot that's five friggn hours WASTED playing the waiting game Not even a phone call to give an apology blah blah blah NUFFN... i was so frustrated and furious that they mugged me off like that. very very unprofessional blimmn amateurs
