Helped my grandmother adopt a cat. Turns out it was riddled with ringworm! Are these animals not health screened prior to being made available for adoption? When I called to tell them about he issue, the woman who answered was very rude and told me to call the clinic. I called the clinic and left a message. I volunteered, became a part-time employee & then full-time. Also, adopted 3 kittens from HSTB. The staff is wonderful & was the hardest but BEST job I"ve ever had!!!
We adopted a beautiful yellow lab mix from HSTB and he has fit in so well with our large human and furry family members! The staff was very helpful and patient during the adoption process.
