I feel I have a new lease of life. Having suffered months with a sore lower back, through bi weekly and now weekly sessions along with home stretching I’m almost pain free. Life changing from where I was, can’t thank Sarah enough!!

I have been using ABC since January. Sarah has explained everything in great detail about my treatment and what to expect. I went to ABC for a back problem which is now a lot less painful and getting better every week. Sarah has also been working on my painful knee. I was considering I may have to think about knee replacement. However Sarah has worked wonders and I am now in a lot less pain and able to walk more with my dog. So pleased with all treatments carried out to date. Would highly recommend Sarah.
