The worst experience. Using them was a huge mistake and made the whole move incredibly stressful. From the rascist comments of one of the removal people on the day and hugely inappropriate behaviour and comments towards me personally, to the gaslighting, rudeness and unprofessionalism of the man who owns the company AFTER I was committed (being told I was confused, tiresome and talking nonsense when I raised concerns and having the phone put down on me) and ALL that went in between I can only advise you not to use them. I used Abbots to move out of my place in Tring, stored my belongings for 3.5 months, and moved to my new home in Southend. Great experience, fantastic team who were super friendly and professional. Back office super helpful and easy. Highly recommend!
