Doctors continuously would prescribe me UTI medication without waiting for urine test results when I explained to them the pain I was experiencing wasn't a UTI, this is due to concerns about having endometriosis. They would keep prescribing these to the point where I got Thrush because it wasn't the medication that I needed. They also told me being on my period for 3 to 4 months straight was normal. I’ve had quite a few bad experiences with these doctors when I’m feeling under the weather they always say oh it’s mental health or it’s the tablets your on… I’m sick of them just telling me it’s mental health or the tablets…( I have mental health yes but I’m not stupid and I know my own body. so when I go to see another doctor she hasn’t read my notes and was rude and as I didn’t want to deal with her she then grabs me from behind now that triggered my mental health. Don't be misled by the bad reviews everyone at this practice is invested in the wellbeing of their patients. Why not 5 stars. Long waits to get through with long waits for routine appoints.. but... Reception staff always do their absolute best to resolve and sort problems and discuss with colleagues to resolve concerns and phone back the same day. GPs so helpful and are the wider team.
Unfortunately terrible services on regular basis.
