I left a message via their website, no response, so I phoned them, they said they had no record of my email. I told them what car I had (a classic with very basic diff) , they said they couldn't help me. Great service, and all with a 'don't bother us' attitude.
Paid for a whole new rear axle, gave details. Confirmed details twice. Received the new axle and it don’t fit, was told they would send out an adapter but promised it was the right axle. Fitted the new part, covered 5k miles and it failed. After inspection my Mercedes they confirmed it wasn’t the right axle and would always have failed due it it being undersized. Abbey transmissions wouldn’t help and wouldn’t honour any warranty even though they supplied wrong axle and lied to me. Thanks con artists.
