Awful Service from Simon. Viewed a bungalow, offer put in. Terrible communication. Was a cash buyer and was offering 5k over the price he agreed a sale on with another buyer. Time waster…
I would highly recommend Simon, he was very helpful and my advertising photos and write up were brilliant. He is honest and always answered any questions I had when selling my house. It was nice to have one person as a point of contact and not speak to lots of estate agents under one department.
We chose Abbey Residential following a recommendation from a friend. We found Simon very professional, knowledgeable and approachable, his communication skills were second to none.
