He quickly identified the issue, explained everything in a calm and professional way, and instantly put us at ease. Incredible service, this last 6 months has been a nightmare but Michael really has been amazing throughout. Abbey Pest Control and Environmental Services tackled a problem that had spread across 4 terraced houses over many years with no-one else seemingly able to solve the issue. I would highly recommend Abbey Pest Control - I had a rat in a bedroom for days that would not take to any store bought traps - Michael was able to get the rat within 15 mins. Complete professional.

Very thorough inspection, analysis and work to understand the root cause of the problem. Made multiple visits as necessary and great with communication of progress made and what was next. Sorted the problem inside 1 week and fair pricing. Would recommend.
