We have a blocked downstairs toilet. Abbey Drains said they would come the next day after 10am. They actually came at 3pm. They said drains were blocked and need to be cleared. We paid £288 to them. 2 days later our toilet was still blocked. When we phoned to ask if they could return to complete the job, as it appears the drains were not completely cleared and their website says ‘guaranteed work’, they said no we will need to pay again, as their worker said he cleared everything and there’s probably another problem that woul... read more
