Ordered a set of pliers on a Thursday via the B&Q website and was expecting them the following week. They actually arrived on Sunday 2 days later! Well done and they are nice quality tools as well.
My pneumatic pop rivet gun failed on a Friday at midday - arghhhh! Tried all my local companies as well as screwfix, toolstation etc but no joy found AB TOOLS on eBay originally - I called to see if they do a courier service but they don't, however the chap on the phone was very helpful and also, pretty confident it would get delivered by Royal Mail on the Saturday. Ordered items on B&Q. Came from AB tools wrong item twice,contacted seller AB tools and BNQ simpstuby nobody cares! Unprofessional and not recommended.!!!
Great products, price and excellent service. Bought a set of drills and the pesky small 1.0mm bit was missing. Contacted company with little to zero expectation but next day received a replacement.
