Really impressed with AB from the initial contact. Rod was superb in talking through all the design options available and was happy to run as many scenarios as we needed to make a decision with no pushing sales chat at any point. Absolutely amazing company, really impressed with the customer service. The girls in the office are lovely! Ben is brilliant, really informative and helpful, however silly you feel your questions may be! The electrician Remi, who installed the panels was excellent and so friendly, relaxed and easy going, even when there was a delay with the delivery of the panels and he didnt leave here till just after dark, long day! Probably the best customer service I’ve ever come across. Benjamin and his team are prompt, efficient and professional. And the biggest plus is the value for money. I see similar systems to mine consistently advertised at least £1000 more than AB charged. If you’re considering solar PV don’t bother with anyone else just go straight to AB.
