Bought a car from them ford focus 2014. Within three weeks transmission module had to be changed cost me 1200 on top of paying them 4150 . Problem with abs and clutch as well. Please dont deal with them scammers nothing much. Sold the car telling us it will be fine for a year now got a junk at hand.
I’ve had a mixed experience with this dealer and the jury is still out on whether the final car I bought will be as promised. Customer service-wise they seem eager and admittedly flexible, they want to have the pretence that customer satisfaction is important to them. They have also asked repeatedly that I leave a review so here we are.
