Went to aithne for the first time a few months ago for my back after having a Caesarean I suffered with pain to my back I can honestly say she's fixed me I dont experience as much pain anymore and continue to go back feeling better every visit. Highly recommended her , its a friendly environment and she makes you feel really comfortable.
Aithne was amazing, I went after having problems with my hamstrings and lower back due to playing football, she targeted those areas and I've never felt so good, they don't feel as tense after playing and I feel a lot more comfortable whilst playing
Aithne fit me in at short notice, she was knowledgeable and friendly. She targeted the area of my pain during my massage and talked me through some techniques to prevent this in future. I will definitely be returning and look forward to my next visit.
