This is a company that has no scruples. They have somebody come over to evaluate your sellable items. They promise that they will sell well over their threshold then if you don't they take 70% of the money from your sale. They pressure you to sign. You allow them to have full access to your home. Then they take full advantage to consume things in your refrigerator (without permission), use the bathrooms without consideration of flushing and cleaning surrounding area from their excrement. We hired Aaron's Estate Sales to help minimize household items and furniture, and provide a "clean out" service after the estate sale, prior to the new owner's taking possession of the house. Each contact with Amber, Jake and Sarah were on time and very professional.
