Before delivery, the dealer agreed to fix an issue with the parking assist sensor, which was listed as part of the vehicle’s features. Great experience with the guys here, they went above and beyond throughout and I got a great deal on our Volkswagen Golf. Great communication with Julian was fast and followed through on promises after sale for some additional work and fresh MOT. Can’t recommend them enough worth thank you.
Rang today to enquire about a Mazda. Very polite and did apologise for not ringing back as soon as promised. Eventually got a call back and still did not answer the question about Working air con. Was told the "standard" garage answer of if not working it will need a re gas, only £30. Well for one a re gas starts at £60 and when buying a second hand car and aircon is not working usually means a hefty bill of over £400 for condenser and new units.
