One of the most professional service providers I have worked with. Adam was excellent and professional in all communications as well as the work completed.
Friendly, professional and super helpful. Incredible prices yet delivered well beyond the service requested. We used AAL for Legionella on 2 of our properties and they couldn’t be easier to work with. Would give 10 stars if I could and will certainly be using again for other compliance certifications.
Adam is both professional and polite in providing EPC certification. Thorough survey was carried out internally and externally including underfloor and attic inspections. At all times he kept us up to date with progress and provided appropriate information. The EPC certification was provided with 24 hours...rapid to say the least👍. The cost was as advertised and worth every penny to get such a detailed report. I would definitely recommend Adam (AAL Property Solutions) to anyone seeking an EPC certificate.
