Absolutely the best! Today I brought in a vertical blind rail for repair. Several carrier stems had become deformed with time and the slats would not stay up if the blinds were touched. One look at it and right away I was told just to sit for a few minutes while they fixed it. Like magic... in not more than 15 - 20 minutes the rail was completely redone. When it comes to providing a quote and pricing vendor was great. However, when we intended to move forward with the work they backed out because we requested licensing and insurance. They claimed it was "too much" paperwork and confusion. We were left with no choice but to look for a different vendor delaying the work with our client.
I didn't need new blinds; just a repair to those I inherited when I bought my condo. Yet even though I had not been a previous Stinas customer nor was I placing an expensive order, I was still treated to first rate, conscientious and on-time service. I am beyond impressed!
