Cables on our garage door snapped, the door fell sideways and we couldn't close it - rang Neil and left a message - he got back to us within a couple of hours, and came out 2 days later. Arrived on time, was polite and very knowledgable about garage doors - repaired the door fully and gave us advice on the best way to open and close in future to avoid the same thing happening.
