Good service; very prompt response
I had a problem with my oil furnace as the burner would not go on when I raised the thermostat temperature. AA Absolute's technician came over and was very accurate and quick to diagnose the problem. My aquastat was sticking and had to be replaced. When the technician called the main office, they said they wanted $1200 to replace it. I thought this was too much and paid the technician a reasonable $70 for the diagnosis. Being handy I decided to replace it myself. The part new including shipping cost $127 online. The installation was hurried and full of mistakes and problems. They don't show up for appointments to fix it and make promises they have yet to keep. To add insult to injury, their mistakes are costing ME money!!
Responded to my issue on a Sunday night, which was nice, but they had to order a part, so repair wasn t complete until Tuesday. Poor communication. Had to call several times for updates and received conflicting information about the status. Didn t instill a great deal of confidence.

I?m giving this 5 stars even though it was expensive because he came out on a Sunday when no other plumbers returned my calls and arrived about 30 minutes after I called. I always weigh cost with urgency, availability and quality of work. Ben, the plumber who did the work was conscientious and respectful of my equipment while doing the job. He did a great job! I highly recommend them.
They did a great job. Showed up when promised. Made sure the job was done the right way. Helped cleaning up. Gave a 30 day guarantee on the work. Would trust them for other jobs. Only issue was that it was expensive, it was a rush repair and they were here on the Sunday before Christmas.
DON'T HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!! Terrible service. They replaced my hot water heater at 1:30 PM. I discovered the newly installed water heater wasn't working by 4:30 PM when I got home. Waited more than 5 Hours! for them to send another service person to finish they job that should have been done 8 hours previously. If I could give zero stars I would.
