they called fast and was polite on the phone. we set up a time for a free estimate. however, nobody from the company ever showed up and there was no follow up call.

This company had issues all over. First, the plumber we booked through this company arrived 2 hours late after repeated calls to this company asking where the plumber was. The plumber was nice and his work looked decent but when he left, the drain of the sink sprung a leak where the sink meets the drain pipe. It seems that when repairing my sink drain, the plumber broke the sink seal around the drain. QUALITY guys, great work, on time, nice to my children and family.
I was blown away by the customer service and the plumber was able to get to my parents house within a short amount of time to fix the problem. The plumber was super nice and completely the job so fast! Used on a Friday night and the price was reasonable! Will definitely use again!
