Did a good diagnosis on cause of leak. Gave alternate approaches to solve the issue
Was not professional. Overcharged for the project which was not done satisfactory. Would not use Absolute again.

Technician was knowledgeable and professional; workmanship was excellent. Only downside was nobody showed up for first appointment, so we had to reschedule.
They called right away and sent someone over within 2 hours of their call. I explained the situation and they handled it immediately. It handled the lack of heat on the whole back side of my house after going through the whole winter with heat in only 1/2 of the house because another company in the fall said they would come back and never did so I felt it was something that would take a miracle to fix. Absolute came in and handled it in less than an hour. I highly recommend them.
