Great, skilled work.
The service tech came and was very friendly. After shaking the drain he made an adjustment which obviously didn’t resolve the problem. He left without any guidance what I should do next only that his adjustment should work and that the toilet may need to be replaced. After 90 dollars the tablet to make the water blue was the problem. While he was friendly it was not very helpful.
The plumber was rude. The job was to snake a kitchen sink. He didn't come with anything to hold the water until much later. I had to supply rags, towels etc. He unscrewed pipes without proper protection in place and dirty water got all over the place under the cabinets and all over the floor. All along he kept complaining about the job and how difficult it was. In the meantime I have the trapped water ruining my cabinetry. Who is going to pay for that? Knowledgeable team. Got the job done.
I had a small leak from the safety valve of my boiler and needed it to be replaced. I went online and completed the form on Home Advisor at 7pm on a Friday night. I was called back at within minutes and the plumber was here by 830pm. It was fixed at a fair price on the spot.

So this place called me in response to my request for service for my AC. They could not come out that night, but advised they would be there first thing (8 am) the next morning. Sometime around 10 I called to see what was up and they told me they were backed up and someone would be there in a couple of hours. A couple more phone calls and about 5 hours late they showed up, told me it was too late to order the part and I would have to wait 2 days to have them fix it (the next day was 4th of july) it was 88 degrees in the hous... read more
