We ordered new bespoke furniture for our lounge and it was delivered today. Delivery men are excellent very efficient and friendly and the furniture is beautiful, fabulous quality made exactly as we requested by experienced craftsmen. All of the staff have been helpful and friendly and we recommend them to anybody we have had furniture from them over the years and they never fail to delight.
We bought several items of oak furniture from the Milan range a few years ago. We were happy with it at the time but the lights in the display units broke fairly soon after delivery. Now some of the lamp tables and occasional tables need the surfaces re polished. We have been trying for months, phoning and visiting to no avail. We have taken the broken light into the store. We have just had a new conservatory installed and wanted a long, low sideboard to go in it. I found Britannia Pine on the internet and they make custom furniture to your precise specifications. This meant that I could have one that sat just below the window sill and it is perfect. We travelled from Kent to Staffordshire to see the company and the quality of their workmanship and were very happy to place our order.
