We have some black mould in our bathroom wall, so called A1 remedials. Absolute waste of money. Ironically can't even say waste of time as the surveyor only spent 6 minutes here (including the time he spent moving his car as he parked Infront of our neighbours garage). Also on the website it says the survey is free, and you get the report within 48 hours. It cost £60 and after 2 emails to A1 remedials they finally sent the report after almost 2 weeks. Great service from start to finish! The survey of our rising damp issues, performed by Paul, was prompt and thorough. Within days Heidi emailed a detailed report and quote for the work to be done. Hollie and Jordan stripped the damp plaster and installed the waterproof membrane. Throughout the time they spent here they were friendly and professional.
