Shon is so skilled and knowledgeable and I thank him for that. I appreciate the care he takes to explain options and I definitely appreciate the excellent service. While he was here today doing his per usual quality work, I had this thought that it's never fun to deal with plumbing problems, but it sure helps to be able to rely on Shon.
I can honestly say I don't believe I have ever encountered such wonderful service that I received from Jake. He was knowledgeable, fun, friendly, courteous, informative and efficient. You should feel blessed to have him as an employee - hope you find ways to show him how much you appreciate him - he's good for your business!
We are very satisfied with the installation of the furnace / AC. The service people, Curtis H., Kelly, Kenny . I know I am forgetting some, but, believe me, you can't get a bad tech.

Shon did a great inspection of my plumbing system. He identified one problem that we fixed immediately and another to watch for future repair.

Shon Doyle fixed a pipe under our bathroom sink and did so with such confidence and speed I never had cause to worry or fret. He was thorough in his explanations and other tasks I put to him and as a result made me feel like a valued customer. I definitely will be sticking with A1 in the future! :)
