A-1 replaced my furnace, water heater and a toilet. They were fast, efficient, knowledgeable and polite. Kelly, Mike, Allen and Jason (along with Scott who helped Kelly) are to be congratulated for their expertise. AND... my Jack Russell Terrier LOVED Mike. That doesn't happen very often. Marvin usually nips strangers. Thanks to all.

Craig was are installer he did an excellent job! He was on time even early but not too early. We had a gas line that needed to be installed. There were some obstacles in our kitchen so the piping could to were the oven needed to be. He got the pipe though and everything works great. I really liked how Craig explained things so I could understand what was going on. All and all is was a great experience and would recommend everyone to try A1 Pluming.

They responded quickly, and the price was great. When there's poop in your bathtub, both of those things are exactly what you are looking for. LOL
Casey S. came in and did a thorough assessment of our plumbing problem. He gave me two options to address the issue and the pros and cons with each. I felt very secure in making the appropriate service decision. Once Casey started, I'd almost forgot he was here! He was very efficient and professional and did a great job keeping everything as clean as possible. I will definitely use A-1 Plumbing's services in the future.

My technician was Kenny and he was absolutely great! He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was unbelievably professional and knowledgeable. Kenny went well above any expectations. He took the time to show and explain what he was doing. What a great way to spend my birthday; having the furnace and ac replaced. Of course we all hope our furnace and ac as well as car, roof, etc. will last forever, but let's face it, it's not going to happen. Kenny and Kelly were on time, thorough and professional and did a great job installing our new furnace and ac. Sam did an excellent job of solving a complex plumbing problem for us. He took the time necessary to do the job right. We had a company dinner planned and Sam arrived at 8 A.M. so that the plumbing would be in working order in time for the dinner. He was very friendly and answered my questions as related to the non-plumber which I am! We have used A 1 Plumbing in the past and we will continue to do so. We always have been very pleased with the quality of their work.
Quick and friendly service. Craig was great. Did great work, explained everything well and was extremely courteous and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone
