Chris was on exactly on time. As he serviced my A/C he explained what he had done, was doing and had to do in a clear, understandable way. Any future possible service costs were explained, with costs attached. Chris is very professional, and is an excellent representative of Ai Plumbing & Perfect Air.

Lloyd arrived on time and made fast work of fixing our broken pipe! And didn't charge an arm and a leg!!

We were having problems with our water heater and I called A1 Plumbing and the gals at the office were very nice and made us an appointment right away. Service Specialist Tyler Kelso was on time and very informative and handled our situation with 5 star customer service and was very professional. We would highly recommend him!

I asked him about another problem (with a faucet) and he also explained that. Jake came to my house to fix my water heater and before doing that found a gas line leak going into my HVAC unit, which he fixed immediately. They looked at the water heater, were able to get it fired right up, did advise me that the water heater was at the end of its life span and gave me some options. Jake also told me about a service plan they offer where they come in and do preventative maintenance on the heater, AC, water heater and check plumbing as well, which i am now a member of. Five Star Service from Kasey at A1 Plumbing! He was here on time and took care of four separate issues efficiently in a timely matter. He took the time to go through everything with me so I understood the problem and the procedure. I have had a negative experience with another plumbing business so I was relieved to receive an honest job at a fair price. Kenny and Scott were able to start the replacement of our old AC and Furnace earlier than expected completing the whole job in less than one day. They both were very professional in their work from removal of the old system to the complete install of the new one. They were both very polite in dealing with us and did their best not to interrupt us any more than needed. The quality of work from what I can tell is excellent.
