NOT GOOD! I would have preferred to give no stars but the system forces you to give at least one star. Lester seemed nice at the beginning but turned out to be unreliable and untrustworthy. I asked Lester to remove bushes on the left & right side in our back garden and he quoted the work would take 3 days but in the end it took 3 WEEKS! During that time he didn't work a full day, he turned up late and left early. He also disappeared for a few days and didn't answer his phone until he was ready and said he was "I'll".
