Well, not only we were unhappy a year ago (we also filed a complaint about this) when the service tech came and scam ** into a "0% interest finance": after the approval, we just realized that the interest was 22%, so we decided to payoff right away instead. Anyway, a year later this company is now demanding a remaining balance of the same amount we actual paid. According to all the invoices and receipts we kept, we paid off all the balance due back in March 2022! It is unbelievable that all of sudden a year later this compan... read more
