Another five star experience. Called them on a Friday evening before a holiday weekend and this Company had a technician out at 11am. Justin and Joe were transparent and very professional. I will definitely recommend A1 Garage to others.
This is great quality work, quick turn around time, they were able to come the very next day, less then 24 hours. ******* the tech was open, honest, and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond the standard of care and the best thing, the garage door works beautifully!! He worked in 12 degree weather, took his time to explain things, and did the job which exceeded my expectations. Money well spent, peace of mind obtained. Hands down, I would definitely use A1 in the future.

An extension spring broke on one of my garage doors. The technician that came out to the house, *****, arrived within the time window. He explained that the extension spring system currently on my door was not used much any more, and would only be warranted for 18 months if I wanted them replaced. He suggested a torsion spring system that is warranted for 10 years. I had him put a torsion spring system on two doors, and also replaced the rollers on both doors. Craig came out today and serviced the garage door. He was very professional told me of the fees up front. He diagnosed the problem right away, repaired the garage door and made sure everything was working.
A1 is an excellent company. Very professional from getting an appointment until the job is complete. I highly recommend them.
