The service they provide is flawless, but their pricing is very much inflated, when I called them to inquire about broke torsion springs, they refused to give me a price quote over the phone, the technician showed up on time and proceeded to give me the options for the springs, he told me the springs I needed were priced at $475.00 plus labor of $135, I was in a hurry to get this done so begrudgingly I accepted the quote. when he took apart the mechanism it was discovered the bearings on the spring shaft were frozen and need... read more

Excellent installation work was performed. Very professional with explanation of work that will be performed.After completion of the garage door tube up and motor installation, the installer went over the job and explained at the critical functions of the garage door operating system. Great effort to complete the job as promised.

The actual work they performed was ok although at a considerable price. They also burnt up the garage door opener motor while repairing a broken cable. They replaced the opener and gave me a very small discount. The administrative staff is very disorganized and very disappointing. I would not recommend this company.

*** did a great job providing us a new drive system for our heavy wooden garage door in ************* that had stopped working suddenly, trapping our car in the garage when we needed it for medical reasons. He saved us in that respect and our door works perfectly. We are delighted and would highly recommend *** to repair your door.

Seamless process. **** was patient with me during the buying process and he didn't pressure me at all. The doors took a few months to come in but the team was in touch with me by phone or email during that time to keep me updated. The installer, Nate, did an excellent job and was very professional. The doors and openers were quality. No complaints at all.
