They were at our house for 3 hours and charged us $300 only to leave the door broken because we did not buy a new door. A1 gave us a quote of $3100 to replace the 1 piece that was broken. A local company charged us $250 to replace the same part. Very dissatisfied with the attempt to force us into a purchase that was unnecessary and significantly more expensive than the competition. Absolutely horrible been allmost 3 months since they started still not complete they have sent the same tec to my house twice who has done the work incorrectly and they have had to have someone fix it then today the tec just never showed up todo the job at the scheduled time. ??????
