"Extremely disappointed with the lack of transparency and customer ********************** from A1 ********************** Door a service. I cancelled an order for a service I never received over 30 days ago and still haven't received a refund. On top of that, they charged me for service calls without disclosing the fees upfront. This is unacceptable and I would not recommend this company to anyone. I urge others to be cautious before doing business with them."

I am renting a house in Clermont and the Garage Door was not working properly. Called Armstrong Garage Doors in Clermont and Rocky arrived on time (8am), diagnosed the problem, called my Landlord to explain the problems, and Rocky fixed the door by replacing the motor, key pads, and belt. Was in and out in about an hour. He explained how to use the new unit, and referred me to the App that can open/close with my phone from anywhere. Very Satisfied with the work.

Called Armstrong Garage Doors in Clermont and Rocky arrived on time (8am), diagnosed the problem, called my Landlord to explain the problems, and Rocky fixed the door by replacing the motor, key pads, and belt. Was in and out in about an hour. He explained how to use the new unit, and referred me to the App that can open/close with my phone from anywhere. Very Satisfied with the work.

I called for their $129.99 fix of my garage door that wouldn't open. The price also included a new rubber bottom for the door. They did fix the door - it wasn't broken - the sensors were out of place. They told me that the rubber and type on the door was so old that they would have to charge me a different. price. I ended up paying ******. I called and told them that they were practicing false advertising. They texted me and said they were refund the travel charges. I have heard nothing since.This is a negative one star!

I am a repeat customer of Armstrong Garage door. Today, I had called them for annual service and was having an issue with my door not closing properly. They sent John who was very professional. The issue which I thought was a small one, turned out to be a 2 hour job. But John handled it patiently and gracefully. He even did not charge me anything extra.
