We were having trouble with our garage door remote and had called the company a week ago and were told to replace the battery, which we did to no avail. I called the company again and they sent Rocky out the same day. Rocky called ahead as promised, was on time and easily corrected the problem. He was very professional, kind and helpful.

Were able to show detail in the both the problems and solutions with photos and explanations. They were well informed and gave us plus and minuses with repair or replacement.
