They sent a technician the same day. I even got a text with the name (*******************) and picture of the technician and exactly how far away he was. He got here as expected and was knowledgable and polite. My husband ended up talking on the phone to the boss. They know their business and want to be the best. We were very satisfied with ****'s work. We were impressed with the company.
**** was wonderful. He originally install my new door in December and when I came back out to fix a small problem he explained everything and re lubed the door and it is working wonderfully. **** really knows what he is doing and explains everything very well.
